We have a spacious three-bedroom family home that is available as a self-catering unit, creating the ideal family “home away from home”. Only 500m away from the iconic Muizenberg Beach with its colourful beach huts. Sunset Beach is inspired by its relaxed coastal setting a calm beach theme flows throughout the home.

Our Story
We are local South African's who have lived most of our lives in Cape Town. We started our family here and have a deep love for the Cape and its lifestyle.
This home was our first property built off-plan and purchased in 2006. Due to work commitments we relocated to Johannesburg in 2007.
We have since converted this spacious three-bedroom family home into a beautiful self-catering unit, creating your ideal family
“home away from home”.
It took us more than a year in careful planning to get every detail right; we set out to create a space that flows from indoors to outdoors seamlessly. Allowing guests the option to spend time where you feel most comfortable, whether it is lounging on the large sofa in the living room, or sitting outside in the patio furniture, protected from the wind and rain, with a nice fire crackling behind you while you read a book and relax with a glass of Cape wines.
Our Living Space
This is a 3-bedroom, 6-sleeper unit with 1.5 bathrooms, all fully renovated and modern. Bedrooms have comfortable beds and hotel quality linen for comfort and a restful night's sleep. Upstairs on the loft, is a games room with a pool table, and a number of board games for hours of relaxation and fun for the whole family. There is a fully fitted kitchen, with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and oven and all the home accessories and utilities. We have a beautiful glass dining room table that comfortably seats six guests looking to eat together as a family and our modern bathrooms, offer a walk-in shower for easy access and cupboard space to store the necessities.
Our Garden
Outside we have a beautiful, landscaped courtyard garden, a large outdoor patio with braai and outdoor garden furniture which is protected from the wind, and rain. The home is located a mere 500m from Muizenberg Beach, so you can take a leisurely stroll to the beach during hot summer days, beach towels are available for your convenience.
