Only 500m away from the iconic Muizenberg Beach with its colourful beach huts. Sunset Beach is inspired by its relaxed coastal setting a calm beach theme flows throughout the home.

We are local South African's who have lived most of our lives in Cape Town. We started our family here and have a deep love for the Cape and its lifestyle.
This home was our first property built off-plan and purchased in 2006. Due to work commitments we relocated to Johannesburg in 2007.

Outside we have a beautiful, landscaped courtyard garden, a large outdoor patio with braai and outdoor garden furniture which is protected from the wind, and rain. There is a putting green for hours of family fun in the sun, and we are located a mere 500m from Muizenberg Beach.
